Return Policy

1. Who we are

This Return Policy applies to purchases made from Xolvarynvitghit ("we", "us", "our") via our website at https://xolvarynvitghit.ddd. 2. Scope

This policy covers returns and refunds for products ordered through our Website, including Coranatura and any other items we offer. It applies to customers in the United States and, where we ship internationally, to the extent consistent with the laws of the destination country. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy; where local law gives you greater rights (e.g. a longer return period or mandatory refund in certain cases), we will comply with those rights.

3. Right to cancel (withdrawal) – consumers in the EEA and UK

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post using the contact details above). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission if you wish, but it is not mandatory. To meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the period has expired.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Your right to withdraw does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g. unsealed capsules or bottles). If you have unsealed such products, we may deduct an amount for the diminished value or refuse return where permitted by law.

4. Returns and refunds – United States and other regions

For customers in the United States and other regions where a statutory "cooling-off" or withdrawal right does not apply, the following applies subject to your local consumer laws:

4.1 Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

We do not accept returns of opened dietary supplements (e.g. opened bottles of Coranatura) unless the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item, due to health and safety reasons. If you believe you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us with your order number and a description (and, if possible, photos) so we can resolve the issue.

4.2 How to request a return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us by email at hello@xolvarynvitghit.world (or by phone if you prefer) and provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm whether your return is accepted and, if so, provide you with return instructions (e.g. return address, any reference number to include).
  3. Pack the product securely and send it back to us using a trackable method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise (e.g. in the case of a defective or wrong item). We recommend keeping proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund as set out below.

4.3 Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) to your original payment method. Shipping costs paid at checkout may be refunded in full when the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product); otherwise, we may refund only the product price and not the original shipping cost. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. We will not refund return shipping costs unless we have explicitly agreed to do so (e.g. for defective items).

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or quantity, please request a return and refund as above, and place a new order for the desired product. We will process the return and refund in accordance with this policy.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or that is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of delivery) with your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage or the wrong product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred, and may ask you to return the item at our expense where appropriate.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to trace the shipment. If the order is lost or significantly delayed due to our or the carrier's error, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping) as appropriate.

Any personal data you provide in connection with a return (e.g. name, address, order number, reason for return) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use this data only to process your return, process refunds, and comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting, consumer law). Changes apply to returns requested after the updated policy is posted, unless otherwise required by law. For returns that relate to orders placed before a change, we may apply the version of the policy in effect at the time of your order where that is more favourable to you.
